身材待批,及增重蛋白問題請教 - 健身

各位長官好,
個人年初開始加入健身行列,
因為有朋友的盡力催促及幫忙,
身材大致上還好,大概就是看起來比一般人有運動的還好一些些,

個人主要練的:胸背肩三組循環(腿的部分練的很少....)
現在體重已經從當初的58增到62了。(小弟身高很矮,才170)
但是最近有些瓶頸,
體重上不去了,身材固定住了,
個人目標是胸圍40吋(目前38~39),穿背心時可以看到肩膀線條超明顯,
手臂在大到目前的1.5倍...
個人有在喝乳清蛋白,便宜的costco賣場的那牌,
目前喝完一包了,朋友建議我改喝增重蛋白,
才有機會突破現狀!想請問各位有見識豐富的健身前輩們意見,
以及是否有推薦的牌品(PS.請別太貴,最近透支了...> <)
