小弟看了很多文章,
文章中有些會寫到:
「如果是練手臂的話,
訓練完後最好是可以達到連拿杯子喝水都會顫抖的程度!」
但是小弟完全沒辦法練到那種程度阿Orz
二頭、三頭小弟總是會練到一下都做不起來才結束,
但是還是沒辦法體會那種感受@@...
以下是小弟二頭跟三頭的課表,
二頭:
10磅:15下熱身
15磅:15下*2組
20磅:10下*2組
25磅:5下*2組
20磅:10下*2組
15磅:15下*2組
.
.
.
就這樣一值循環到連15磅一下都舉不起來為止....
三頭:
10磅:15下熱身
15磅:10下*n組
小弟的三頭很弱
20磅做沒幾下就無力了
所以只好用15磅的做到一下都做不起來為止
這樣訓練完後,
手臂還是沒辦法連拿一杯水都會顫抖的境界....
但是隔天很明顯的會肌肉疼痛,
究竟要怎樣練才能練到拿杯水都會發抖的程度呢Orz?
請各位大大解答!謝謝。
註:小弟二頭跟三頭不同天訓練。
