目前想練的是腹肌胸肌和手臂那一塊
我爬文之後才發現 原來要讓肌肉成長要休息48小時
以前我都是每天狂做伏地挺身仰臥起坐和舉啞鈴
但是久了之後次數雖然變多了 肌肉卻再也沒有明顯的改變
我想問的是 如果只是單純要練好看 主要讓肌肉線條更明顯的話
啞鈴選擇的重量是不是以自己能舉多少下為基準?? 那要幾下會比較好?
伏地挺身我把腳舉到身體平行地面能做30下左右 這樣練還會練出肌肉線條嗎
(因為我看精華區不把伏地挺身當成重訓所以可以天天做
也不用休息48小時 是不是代表也不會練出肌肉??)

現在要再重新練練看
想確認一下 要練出好看的肌肉是不是要用"做幾次就會做不動"的重量
再休息48小時是嗎
