先做重訓就沒力有氧了? - 健身

有爬過文
看到資料是說先做重訓再有氧
效果會比較好~~
我之前歷經大量有氧瘦了下來
前陣子運動量降低 又有點小發胖
現在重新投入健身房懷抱
想要以重訓為主
我是女生 有幾個問題
1.每次我先重訓的話 就會好沒力
跑跑步機都跑不久 先有氧的話可以持續的時間比較長
我應該先有氧 順從身體
還是硬操 先給它重訓???
2.有關重訓的程度
我目前是做到隔天身體會有點痠痠的
但不會痠痛到受不了 這樣子的強度是OK的嗎??
爬文有看到說 雕塑為主的話 做自己可以負荷的重量就好
又有說 要承受最大負重 最好是只做六、七下就不行的那種程度
我目前重訓時間大約半小時到40分 各部位都做 不偏廢
從大腿(內縮 外擴) 屁股 腹肌 腰 手臂
通常一台機器是30下左右(10下一組)
不知道有沒有地方要修正的???
3.有關重訓的頻率
我知道不能天天做 好像要給肌肉一點修復的時間
不知各位都多久做一次呢?
我目前每天都是有氧+重訓 休息的話就會一 起休息XD
因為之前都沒再關心重訓 現在才發覺要重視一下身體的肌肉
所以很多問題 麻煩各位惹!!!!!
