最近想要去運動訓練一下體力
下班通常都是晚上6點
中餐通常都12點左右或之前就吃
所以下班時都會已經開始有點餓
是該忍著先去運動完再吃
還是吃完休息一陣子在運動比較好呢?
會做的運動可能就跑跑步 做一些重量訓練這樣
通常去運動都2個小時左右
