先重訓在有氧 - 減肥

不好意思
請問各位大家..
最近開始重訓減肥
重訓的菜單有
深蹲 3組 一組10次 會在蹲下去的時候 HOLD住兩秒
前屈伸蹲 3組 一組10次 左右腳各三組
伏地挺身 PUSH-UP 3組 一組10次 但新手都會把腳先翹起來,有點槓桿這樣
拉 PULL 3組 一組10次
硬舉 3組 一組10次 (((最不熟悉,也覺得做起來有點困難的XD
轉 TWIST 3組 一組10次 左右腳互換
然後重訓完再跑去國小操場,跑3000-4000公尺
4000公尺都會在半小時內完成
請問這樣會有效果嘛?
然後這些做完,大腿前面跟胸口那兩塊都會覺得痠痠的
胸口的肌肉感覺像被拉開那樣...
然後硬舉可以用什麼其他的重訓方式替代嗎?
因為我覺得做起來會覺得卡卡的XDD
重訓去跑步覺得,好像在老牛拖車的感覺喔..
感覺跑不太快 腳步很沉重
上班是做二休二 一天12小時 回到家都剩下睡覺
只能利用放假的時間來做...
如果有錯 希望大家可以不要鞭我
