先重訓後有氧 - 健身

小弟187 /87 體脂 18%左右
平常運動習慣大概是做有氧跑 8-10 km或者上健身房練練握推拉拉單槓這些
是有些問題想請教一下
我有看過有人的建議是先做重訓20分鐘左右在開始進行有氧會最有效率
但也看過有人說重訓與有氧會互相干擾
所以如果你做完重訓後在進行長時間有氧反而效果不彰
那我想請問一下
如果我今天純粹以減脂肪為主,那我該怎麼做才是最有效率的方式呢??
畢竟感覺兩者觀念不太相同
