大家晚上好啊
看到這個標題,再左轉出去看ID,常上這版的大家肯定想說:切胃仔也信這套嗎???????
現在fitness兩大小丑就是我跟b19880115 哈哈哈哈哈
不過我要替自己平反下,我可是有憑有據的,不論體適能水準跟體態的照片都有的
在你們看來我的作法不倫不類,但證據證明我就是取得好成績
部分人看我不順眼,基本上是我講話很嗆的關係,另一部分則是對我的作法不適用
正常人而質疑
當然我同意切胃跟常人不同啦,我之後分享我的作法,是【常人】可以做的
跟生理無關的,主要是不算熱量,靠【體感】來減肥的作法(絕對可行)
不過這等我達到目標體態再完整
跟大家說明吧。
今天重點不是我的作法,而是b19880115的作法
全素全榖 ,不吃冰,不吃冷,一日一餐,我看b19880115
在板上的發文,主要就是這句
其實挺淺白的,只有全榖的部分我查了下
全榖:全穀物是任何穀物和假穀物中含有胚乳,胚芽和麩皮的穀物。
這是維基百科查來的
然後我再查全穀類食物有哪些
GOOGLE顯示這些
大麥、 小麥、高梁、燕麥、蕎麥、糯米、小米、玉米
、薏仁、蓮子、茯苓、芡實、 綠豆
、紅豆、黑豆、南瓜籽、葵花籽、地瓜、蓮藕、南瓜等
全素就好理解,反正就是別吃肉,蛋奶也不要
不吃冰不吃冷,了解,一日一餐,OK

先講一下我現在的習慣跟體況

但因為我還在減肥,所以目前體重跟當時不同
目前體重是70,我有刻意放慢減肥速度
吃的部分目前一日三餐,營養均衡,不過早餐有時吃有時不吃
午晚餐則是自助餐,儘量高蛋白高纖維,熱量未知,我沒有在算
總之就是飽了就停,偶爾會吃消夜,基本上就是佛系減肥中
運動部分,一周四天,重訓+有氧

那依照b19880115的要求
我目前需要修正的部分只有全素的部分還有一日一餐
,蛋白質來源我會改以豆腐,天貝之類的東西補
至於溫熱飲食,不吃冰不吃甜我本來就在做,所以不用改
我本來就不太喜歡吃甜食跟冰
至於全榖,其實就是吃素吧? 只是以穀物為主
一日一餐,他沒有提到熱量,那我就是吃飽就停哦
運動方面不做更動

感想:說坦白的,b19880115的飲食指南好像也沒什麼特別糟糕的
我會照著做一個月,之後再來分享成果,說真的啦
b19880115跟prodigal在那邊論文互毆我實在都沒興趣點進去看
我想大家大概也都沒興趣
畢竟上PTT是來娛樂的,論文PK有什麼好玩的?
還不如像我這樣直接實測來的有意思吧????!!???
