全身痛得要死XD - 減肥

我剛剛花了一點時間把置底還有精華區啃完了
非常感謝各位專業又資深又好厲害的前輩啊 囧
幫我解開了很多長久以來的疑惑..
可是還是有一些問題很好奇
想提出來跟大家討論一下 希望不要被鞭 囧
1.我運動方式是慢跑 請問到底要不要買護膝呢
大家都說膝蓋很重要 可是又有人說沒受過傷不用買
那到底是要買還是不要買呢?? 囧
如果要買的話 要買有挖洞的還是沒挖洞的勒??
2.還有在置底文章看到 熱身最好是在運動後五分鐘
等身體充血之後 再熱身
那熱身是要做甚麼事呢?? 囧
只要拉拉筋就好了嗎= =
聽說收操很重要
運動完也是只要拉拉筋按按摩就可以了嗎??
3.承上題 我前天去慢跑 大概跑跑走走總共3000m
大概花了30分鐘 跑前只有大概腳踝關節動一動而已
跑完之後回到家有先抬腳大概15分鐘
抬完之後有捏捏小腿按摩各五分鐘
拍打大腿各五分鐘 之後就去洗澡了
結果睡醒隔天全身有一點點痠痛
但是我還是不以為意 想說這是太久沒運動的必經過程
結果今天也是痛得要死= =
本來計畫說每周一三五要去跑步的說
如果明天還是很痠痛的話要去跑嗎?? 囧
4.如果想要減肥 然後主要想要修飾腿部曲線
看起來比較細長一點的話 那我是要快走 還是要慢跑呢@@?
