吐司的製作過程是要塗上一層層的油
吃起來才會好吃 烤起來才會酥
如果你對熱量很計較的話最好還是吃飯
另外想知道一個物品營不營養 有沒有含很多油
主要可以藉由口感"酥"來判斷
只要東西吃起來酥酥的 不用懷疑 就是很油!!
像是蔥油餅、烤吐司、烤麵包、鳳梨酥......等
還有所有含"餅"字的食物也要少吃,都有看不到的油~
