女生的跑步強度 - 健身

想請問這樣的跑步強度夠嗎?
女 24歲 170/87
體脂 39
內臟脂肪 11
BMI 31
基代 1637
iphone測的是5KM/40分鐘,速率約6~7分/km
之前膝蓋有受傷過 跑步有使用護膝
這強度身體和膝蓋部會感到不適
(除了之前狂衝了7KM就痛了一陣子之外XDD)
因為課業壓力大 兩三年內爆增了快20kg
最近又常常日夜顛倒沒睡
小時候也是愛亂買藥吃 還好有這個版讓我開始有了運動的習慣
之前靠著運動(踏步機、飛輪、跑步)也減了10公斤左右
運動停了兩個月後眼看體重又漸漸攀升
但現在遇到壓力來了又無法去運動時就只能靠吃來發洩
沒想到不知不覺又到了無法挽回的地步 = =
有時候半夜大爆炸甚至可以一個人吃掉200多元的鹽酥雞等等
而且一下子身體就感覺到飢餓(約兩三小時)
不知道這樣是該不該看醫生呢:(
