我媽媽是職業婦女 從國小開始我的早餐就是麵包
因為這是最方便又迅速的早餐 只要前一天買好 早上泡個牛奶給我就可以了
所以我養成了早餐吃麵包的習慣(而且麵包的確很好吃)
長大後我開始非常注重飲食健康 開始會研究怎麼做菜
我覺得理解做菜的方式 是變相的協助你控制體重以及吃的健康
因為很多菜你只覺得好吃 但看不出來怎麼做 或是過程中他用了什麼材料
有些吃起來不酥脆的東西 你以為不是炸的 其實他都有過油(無形中都增加了熱量)
我個人建議所有人 儘可能的不要吃麵包 如同上一個回文的網友所說
麵包的製作過程需要有油脂 基本上所有的糕點都使用油脂
而這個油脂都是反式脂肪(烤出來只要是香香酥酥的東西都是 包含
牛角麵包 蛋糕--海綿體的部分 蛋糕上面的奶油部分 鳳梨酥等等)
你吃下全麥吐司 裡面除了麵粉 全麥外 就是油脂與鹽和糖
但如果吃米飯 同樣的飽足感你不會吃下多餘的油與鹽
而且大家可以仔細觀察 市面上大多號稱"全麥麵包" 真正上面的全麥量非常少
有的甚至為了讓你看起來很健康 就把他染成淺褐色 看起來很"麥"
那又更添加了色素 非常不優
再來我們說說反式脂肪的缺點 我一個就讀南部科技大學的朋友
他們實驗室做過實驗 反式脂肪在人體內有可能無法完全代謝
就算要代謝 時間可能會長達四年 也就是說
你今天有可能還在代謝四年前喝下的奶茶(含奶精)
反式脂肪.人造奶油 簡單的來說就是塑膠 你想想看你吃下塑膠會怎樣?
毒物科林杰樑醫師曾在電視上說過 如果可以選擇
他本人是寧可吃饅頭 也不會吃麵包的 就是因為麵包裡面含有太多不好的油脂
(他說他本人早餐都是吃饅頭)
結論:如果可以選擇 為什麼你不選擇對自己身體好一點的東西?
早點遠離反式脂肪為上策!!
