健身到現在
看的出來有變壯
但為什麼我的體重還是72
我也有吃乳清蛋白
是肥肉變肌肉嗎??
可是我應該算瘦吧...
加上我沒有開始用健身器材以前
我都一直練伏地挺身 所以.....
為什麼? 為什麼? 為什麼?
另外 有人跟我一樣練臥推練到被有兩條板子的痕跡嗎?......
我到是覺得挺酷的
但我看板上各高手的圖片時 怎麼都沒有看到?
我沒有脫上衣練
另另外
大家覺得臥推要幾下才算是把那個磅數....征服?
