以上數值,都是剛剛好奇跑去康是美量到的。
原PO目前是菸酒生一枚,可是不菸不酒,
因為想到以後工作可能辦法有太多時間去運動了。
狠下心來,開始認真減肥。
之前曾試過騎腳踏車來回研究室。
(大概來回共20公里左右,一趟來回1小時又40分)
後來因為時間上不許可,跟道路安全的問題,改跳INSANITY。
雖然到目前已經跳了兩個星期,也在FIT TEST上有些進步。
每次跳也都是汗也用噴的,還有很喘、心跳很快
但除了伏地挺身做不下去跟最後10幾分鐘跟不上無力外,沒有明顯的問題。
可是在家量的體重一直停在102~101之間,沒有顯著的下降。
剛剛去康是美量,門市小姐看到我的內臟脂肪的臉色讓我心頭一驚
不知道自己到底哪邊出了問題,最近我也很少再喝加糖的飲料跟吃炸物了
(大概這兩個禮拜吃不超過3次)
還是真的是因為INSANITY對我太過越級打怪的關係呢?
至於飲食部分,
早餐大都吃早餐店蛋餅+玉米湯跟7-11的49元搭配+茶葉蛋
午餐大都把一個便當吃完
晚餐部分也是便當或麵食
只是現在都刻意避開炸食改吃滷的。
真的很想知道我現在改怎麼改才會比較好,懇請版上的各位大大伺教><
