三餐內容:
早餐:平日饅頭夾蛋一個,假日粥一碗加一顆荷包蛋。 每週有四次會搭配美式咖啡一杯
。
午餐:公司伙食,一主菜 四副菜 一碗五穀飯
晚餐:家中伙食,0-0.5碗飯、泡菜或青菜,一點肉。
其他:每日飲水量為1500cc

日常作息時間:早上6:40起床。晚上11:30睡
生活型態:上班族
健康狀況:(是/否)是
無心臟問題 無胸痛
有高血壓約80-90/140-150 之前是吃藥控制。運動後已停藥一個月 每日量測血壓均在 70
-80/110-120

有脂肪肝造成的肝指數偏高,已十年時間,運動減肥後的數值還沒去量測
運動習慣:
1. 已兩個月 每週4-6次慢跑 每次30-40分鐘 加上暖身與冷卻的走路 共約50-60分 運動
時心跳約135-170
2. 騎飛輪20-40分,心跳數約110-130左右,每週兩次,最近一個月開始
3. 重訓,每週5-6天、每次3-4個動作,重複三次. 以啞鈴動作較多
我的問題:
有運動後,我有感覺腰圍變小,從35腰變成現在的32腰,血壓也正常了,體重也降低了7-
8公斤,但是體脂肪卻沒有啥變化,是我的方法錯了嗎? 都是減到肌肉嗎?
