體重:56-57
BMI:19.49
體脂率:13.5%
三餐內容
早餐:很少吃,大部分都睡到中午直接中餐
午餐:通常是在家吃,老媽煮湯麵、餛飩湯等
晚餐:大部分也是在家吃,飯1-2碗,菜肉魚不定,不過基本上一定有青菜
其他:原PO很嗜甜食,蛋糕、糕點類都愛,飲料喝五十X也都要全糖才會覺得甜度剛好
其他家的全糖有時候還會覺得不夠甜
日常作息時間:都很晚睡,平均睡眠時間都是半夜兩點後
生活型態:中醫系今年畢業生,目前以準備今年7月31號的中醫師執照考試為主
運動習慣:(有氧運動請「務必」寫明心跳數、時間長短)
慢跑30分鐘,主要以跑滿3000m為目標,通常都是20-22分跑完
剩下的就算多跑的,心跳約130-140
我的問題:
基本上運動習慣就是今年準備國軍ONLINE才開始跑,而小弟很不幸的在今天抽籤
抽中海軍陸戰隊,由於中醫執照考試在7月31,可能會在此之前就收到兵單入伍
我問過相關單位說國家考試也只能請公假,但剛入伍上面也不一定准假
同學就建議我拼替代役的BMI(16.5),不然為了入伍延到考試實在太不划算
我算一算要48公斤比較保險,本身應該算不容易胖也不容易瘦的體質
自從高中以來不管生活作息飲食等怎樣改變,體重都維持在55-58之間
現在為了不影響人生規劃只好放手一搏,可以因此節食甚至不吃都OK(甜食當然全部戒除)
另外就是飲食跟運動方面還需要怎樣的調整會比較好?
