跑第一圈腿就硬了= = - 健身

本身是很久沒運動的宅男 最近想想這樣不行
便開始跑步 已經實行一個月了
每次都跑3000公尺
第一天開始跑之後 接下來第二天跑了第一圈 腳就是很僵硬的狀態
心想應該是太久沒運動 俗稱的"鐵腿"
但想說慢跑要持之以恆 因此就給他硬跑下去
一開始都會喘的跟狗一樣 到現在幾乎是不太會喘了
但是~雙腿的狀況還是跟一開始跑步一樣~每天都是才跑第一圈
腳就開始很僵硬...跑不太動的感覺! 都是硬撐跑完的
照理說應該是會越跑越輕鬆才對吧? 但我一直都是很吃力的狀況...
請問各位大大這是什麼情形啊?
還是說我一直維持鐵腿的狀態下跑了一個月...= =
