兩天一次x-bike - 健身

我買的是L牌的X-BIKE
阻力3 速度維持30以上 持續一小時
感覺很輕鬆 才剛開始期一個禮拜而已
在懷疑L牌的和大家買的X-BIKE阻力是一樣的嗎?
騎起來都這麼輕鬆 會瘦嘛??
雖然騎的時候會冒一點小汗
還有看一下我的三餐 哪要改進
早餐:牛奶麥片
中餐:一份便當
晚餐: 一顆芭樂
我知道晚上只吃水果不好
但早餐和午餐就大約1200了阿
加上兩天一次或是每天的一小時X-BIKE(不喘,冒點汗)
持久的話如何呢?
