我平時有騎自行車的習慣,騎完車都覺得腿好累,
有時騎比較長距離,疲勞都會累積一段時間,所以我真
的很討厭練腿。
前天去量了inbody,左腿肌肉10.1kg,右腿10.3kg
雖然只差了0.2kg,由於平時喜歡騎腳踏車,左右腿輸出
功率比常常是45%:55%,有點不太均衡。
肌肉量看起來差異不是很大,但我想請問,如果我想
讓兩腿的肌肉量趨近一致,可以練那些動作呢?
