減脂期維持肌肉量 - 健身

目前一週3-4練
都做三項、肩推
1、深蹲150 +肩推70
2、硬舉150
3、臥推100
以上三項一天只做一種,都是3-5下3組
然後就做有氧1小時,心率維持在140左右
想說維持力量跟肌肉量這樣不知道夠不夠
飲食的話目前一天大概1500-2000大卡
蛋白質大概100g
還是需要跟輕重量多次數的交替做比較容易維持肌肉量和力量呢@@
最近三個月體重從105到98,肌肉掉了1公斤
力量感覺也有點下降,是訓練量太少嗎
請各位巨巨指點一下
