肌肉量雖然有增加但肚子也越來越大
每天看心情都不是很好
一週五練
胸背腿肩胸 沒訓練的那天打籃球或羽球
都是以機械為主
機械平胸、上胸 蝴蝶機、二頭彎舉
滑輪下拉 划船 單邊下拉 卷腹
深蹲110 5x5、腿後勾 (沒學硬舉不敢做)
機械肩推 側平舉 面拉 三頭
飲食
早餐 雞胸肉 蛋 花椰菜 地瓜
午餐 健康餐雞腿便當 乳清
晚餐 大致上同午餐
