兩週體脂掉3% - 美體

之前差不多的時間量過最低的體脂率不過27,
今天一樣的時間量卻24,怎麼踩體脂計都24,
請問兩週內掉3%是常態嗎?
我是這兩週開始慢跑的,不過一周也不過三天,加走路大概將近4km。
雖然我很高興不過卻忍不住懷疑是不是體脂計剛好掛掉了=口=......
現在165/62(所以才開始跑步減重中)。
