小弟最近被女友閒肚子太大又軟 所以準備來練腹肌
在網路上看到有人推薦這套abs八分鐘的訓練方式
小弟練了三天了 可是隔天起來脖子超級酸.......
小弟的腹肌非常無力 以前練體適能有人幫忙壓腳大概都只能做20下仰臥起坐
如果沒人壓腳更是一下都坐不起來
這個影片裡面我覺得我好像只有第一個動作很明顯有用到腹肌
其他動作感覺都會用到脖子 但是真的是腹肌完全沒力氣 感覺上半身只有一點點抬起來而已
我爬文說練兩個禮拜以後脖子就不會酸腹肌也會有點力氣 是真的嗎?
可是我還是覺得我練到脖子比較多.....
想請教各位大大我該怎麼做.... 大學測體適能都超丟臉的嗚嗚
我也想要練腹肌阿~~~~
