如題,但我不是擔心胖的問題
目前飲食是三餐加三點(早五晚點)
上個月發兩次文
接收許多資訊及版友們建議
不斷小微調飲食
加上一週五天的運動
持續三週
目前體脂降兩趴(灑花)
約一公斤的油XD
回歸正題
我的晚點大概九點十點吃
半個拉拉熊馬克杯無糖豆漿或低脂鮮奶(皆有加熱)
加上五湯匙的燕麥片
如果還餓就再吃水果
邊吃邊上PTT...
吃完洗澡吹頭髮
摸一摸整理書包十二點睡覺
可是呢
我很常睡覺前就餓了
是吃太少嗎
有什麼方法可以解決這窘境:(
還有一個很矛盾的問題
很多人說睡前吃東西
變成睡覺了身體還要工作
不能休息就會睡不好
那到底睡覺前肚子餓
可不可以吃東西
還有
我最近很常四點就醒
可是又不像是餓醒
爬文看到版娘有些批閱菜單
有提到這點
一天中血糖最低點餓醒之類的
很擔心自己是不是這樣
最近很常發文佔版面
真是麻煩大家了(鞠躬)

有什麼方法可以解決這窘境:(
還有一個很矛盾的問題
很多人說睡前吃東西
變成睡覺了身體還要工作
不能休息就會睡不好
那到底睡覺前肚子餓
可不可以吃東西
