之前做傳統深蹲不太舒服 改六角槓
想請各位看這樣菜單可不可以
練腿日的時候做
槓27kg
40+27 八下 兩組
60+27 八下 兩組
80+27 六下 兩組
85+27 六下 一組
中間休息約2分半
然後後面還會做 機械腿推 機械腿伸
保加利亞蹲
想請問六角槓菜單可不可以
有沒有要多組一點還怎麼改進
