如題,本魯資料31y,182cm/92kg
目前無負重引體向上卡在13下,負重15kg引體向上卡在六下,都是標準直上直下不甩
目前的目標是希望無負重引體可以突破20下,想請教是要繼續加重下去練嗎?
還是要做其他輔助訓練呢?
目前有搭配的輔助訓練是槓鈴划船70kg12下六組
