平常做傳統硬舉訓練完下背都很不舒服
最主要起槓的時候很難不用到下背
加上我習慣性臀部推過頭一直改不過來
改用六角槓以後這些問題都解了
起槓姿勢就跟傳統硬舉差很多了
高蹲姿幾乎不會動到下背
而且行程變的更短我又可以舉更重
比傳統硬舉進步不少
如果有人也傳統硬舉卡關的話真的可以考慮試試看
