再次麻煩版友 (幫我鞭課表) - 健身

各位肌肉沙灘巨巨下午好.
真謝謝好多版友在我上次發文詢問高蛋白零食給我很多建議.
後來我在課表跟飲食上稍做調整.
體重非常緩慢回升中.
原本的課表:
星期一三五:跑步10.5k/1hr
星期二:off
星期四:胸(3)->三頭(2)->三角(只有前中三角)->跑5k收工
星期六:腿(5)->跑5k收工
星期日:背(3)->二頭(2)->腹/下背->跑5k收工
這個課表讓我的體重下降到55.
對於我的年紀(52y)與身高(175)來說,差點把我嚇死.
後來換以下課表:
星期一二三五六不變
星期四:胸(3)->三頭(2)->背(3)->三角(只有前中三角)
星期日:背(3)->二頭(2)->胸(3)->腹/下背
括弧內是動作數,除腿外,都是每個動作4組x10下+一組dropset.
腿則是每個動作4組x15下+兩組dropset.
飲食方面,星期四日訓練完會立刻吃一個水煮蛋+一條香蕉
星期六是腿做完後吃一個水煮蛋+一條香蕉後跑5k
三個重訓日都會吃雞胸肉.
豬牛羊肉極少吃,每餐都有蒸鯖魚.
大部分吃燕麥+豆漿,冰蒸地瓜+豆漿,馬可麵包無糖無油系列+豆漿,水果.
星期六日太太煮飯,就一般吃了.以糙米飯+蔬菜+煎魚為主.
(叫他們繼續跟我吃蒸鯖魚,他們應該會想殺我.)
新課表已運作三週,體重增加大約1公斤.
我想這課表應該還有調整空間.
目標繼續增重,可是體脂肪不要上升太多.
麻煩各位先進給予指教.
