硬舉適合放在每次的訓練前嗎? - 健身

大家好,小弟最近想多放入相撲硬舉到我的訓練當中,
由於時間的關係,我能訓練的日期為 每周的2.3.4跟6。
目前我安排的課表分別是腿背胸肩,
腿主要是蹬腿機+坐姿的抬腿機(兩種分別是大腿前跟大腿後),
背主要是引體+滑輪下拉+低背划船+躺在板子上練下背的動作
胸主要是胸推機+蝴蝶機+dips練下胸。
肩就前中後三角的飛鳥,同時還會練二頭彎舉跟三頭滑輪下拉。
然而最近跟著幾個巨巨朋友聊天後,他們建議我加入硬舉在我的菜單裡面,(因為深蹲朋友時間還不夠幫我調整),
所以建議我先用硬舉取代。
我的疑問是,假如我在每天的訓練前,都先做相撲硬舉,再接續我原有後面的訓練,這樣會有訓練過度,
或是一些甚麼其他的問題嗎?,謝謝各位!
