為得是能蹲更深 甚至蹲到底
蹲得深 槓片重量自然不會進步那麼快
且代表該重量 你在蹲深或淺都能應對自如

每次都把心思放在大腿與地面平行
然後衝1rm
那突然有一天你不小心蹲得稍微深一丁點
你的「大腿平行地板的1rm」就會超出你所能負荷的重量
意外也容易產生
