練胸菜單請益 - 健身

上胸臥推80%8*4
夾胸 12*4
胸推機 12*4
一個星期練兩次胸,這是每次的訓練順序
想加入啞鈴訓練,但光是上面的菜單做完就累到不行了,想請問該如何調整菜單或是這樣
就已足夠了?
還有個問題是練完胸的隔天胸部酸的地方幾乎侷限在上胸這是正常的情形還是該加上一些
下胸的訓練?
