出去玩怎麼吃美食 - 健身

嗨 各位好
是這樣啦
台灣美食太多了
出去玩如果只有男女朋友兩個人
很多美食只能飲恨啊
例如晚上去夜市好多攤位
兩人吃個五個品項(撇除主餐類)
也是直接熱量破表
難不成只能一個穿ㄧ口嗎?
這樣又感覺好浪費食物
還是出去玩就隨便吃(連吃三天之類的)
然後回來的時候再開始執行減脂
有沒有人能分享一下
