在一年前,我記得也是暑假,
當時我的體重86,身高170,
雖然胖,但自己那時卻沒自,
身邊有一些很過分的朋友,時常提醒我『我是個胖子』,
只是用的方式非常極端,
當時被叫"白雲"、"洪金寶"、"死胖子"、"西大摳、大摳呆(請自行翻成台語)"....之類
我承認我很胖,但我並沒有妨礙到別人,
難道胖子不是人嗎??難道胖子沒有尊嚴嗎??
胖子該死??胖子就必須被這樣糟蹋嗎??
有時候閒來無聊,就走到我身邊對我說:『ㄟ~白雲,把你拍的A片借我看好不好?』
或者我的摩托車出了問題,我問朋友我的車怎麼了
他就會回答我:『每天載這麼重的畜生,會壞正常啦!!』
我想減肥,我去游泳池,但是我怎麼都游不快,我問朋友怎麼游泳才會快,
他回答我:『你那麼胖,重拖(台語)啦~~我也沒辦法』
當中午一起吃飯時(是同事又是同學,逃也逃不掉,避也避不了),
我想吃少一點,不想吃太多,於是便當剩下很多,
我朋友就說:『為什麼你吃那麼少,阿還這麼肥阿??我吃比你多2倍,都沒你那麼肥』
很多很多的行為,要說完大概可以說三天三夜不誇張,
他將他的快樂建築在我的痛苦、身材上,讓身邊的朋友一起嘲笑我,
過著每天因為身材被糟蹋,嘲笑,謾罵,也過了2年,
2年前因為去做保全,日夜顛倒,從61公斤胖到直逼90公斤,
於是在2009的6月,我下定決心!!
我不想被嘲笑,不想自己的自尊被拿來地上踐踏,
從那時候開始,
1.我戒掉喝飲料,每天至少3000cc的水。
2.我吃飯只吃7分飽,每天只吃正常三餐
3.我每天運動,體重還很重的時候,因為怕傷到膝蓋,去籃球場快走,減到75左右,
開始跑步,運動一個禮拜最少3天,最多跑5~6天,每天1~2小時。
4.宵夜絕對不能碰!!哪怕是低熱量東西,過晚上9點就完全不吃任何東西,
5.肚子餓到受不了,就吃甜份較少的水果,(我是都吃蘋果)。
6.注意身邊所有跟吃有關的注意事項,
例如:吃重鹹重辣會促進食慾、喝熱湯會促進腸胃擩動、
肉粽熱量等於2碗飯、湯圓一顆熱量為1.5碗飯、、、、
7.把所有的減肥行動,化做為生活中的習慣,時時注意,時時小心,
東西放入嘴前,想想熱量,想想身材。
這些,我持續了半年,體重由86公斤降到72公斤,
讓我信心大增,我那些毒舌朋友,全部堵住了嘴,
當初我說要跑步減肥,毒舌朋友說:沒用啦~不用浪費時間
當我聽說喝綠茶能解油膩,去拿茶包來泡時,毒舌朋友說:你喝什麼都沒用啦~喝"八辣\
松"比較快
當我買了新衣服出來穿,毒舌朋友說:衣服給你穿又不會好看,別浪費錢了
當我72公斤時,那個毒舌朋友跑來問我:你是都怎麼瘦的阿!?(我很想把他之前回我的\
話回給他,但我沒這麼做。)
當時我的心情,我感覺到什麼叫做勝利,什麼叫做成就,什麼叫做成功,
我用行動堵住了賤人的嘴,讓他要噹也不知道怎麼噹,
我告訴自已絕對要繼續支持下去,我要繼續運動,繼續注意飲食,繼續瘦下去,
直到現在,我身高170,體重65,
我擺脫了肥油,擺脫了鮪魚肚,擺脫了所有不堪的外號,擺脫了每天被人糟蹋、看不起、
我得到了自信,得到了健康,得到了心中無比的光榮,
所有的人身攻擊對我都無效,因為我不是胖子了,
所有的嘲笑,也不會指向我,因為我已經是個瘦子,
減肥了一年的心得就是:
『 減肥是持之以恆的行為,別想一步登天,別想走捷徑,
當你將減肥的動作融入日常生活成為習慣,你將慢慢朝著瘦子的未來前進。』
