初練跳繩的感覺 - 健身

以前是練游泳,腿真的比較沒力..
都只專注在上半身...應該是說只注重在胸部和手臂上(我都游自由式)
畢業後比較少游了
最近買了一條跳繩來減重
第一天,就跳了1000下,然後鐵腿了
但是我的腹部卻有練腹肌的酸痛感
而且是那種不知做了多少下仰臥起坐的酸痛
第二天,還是跳了1000下,花了十五分鐘
小腿還是一樣鐵,腹部還是一樣酸
而且汗用都噴的,一直流個不停,洗完澡還是狂流汗
突然有種找到良醫的感覺
我相信這樣跳下去真的會瘦
但是我覺得十五分鐘還是不夠,希望可以一直跳他個四十分鐘...
不知道板上各位先進,是否有更好的建議呢?
