三餐內容
早餐:三片全麥總匯吐司(烤過+一大堆生菜+四片番茄+一些些胡椒粉)+脫脂牛奶250ml
+綠色奇異果*1
午餐:一碗五穀飯+一大盤燙青菜(有三樣)+蒸煮魚肉一份(淡水魚)/燙雞胸肉一份(加薑絲)
+水果一份(大番茄*1/鳳梨1/4顆/葡萄*15連皮帶籽吃)
晚餐:一碗五穀飯+一大盤燙青菜(有三樣)+蒸煮魚肉一份/水煮蛋*2不吃蛋黃
其他:一天喝水4000CC
日常作息時間:12點前睡,早上8點起床
生活型態:米蟲
運動習慣:每天健身車X-BIKE 6段 一次60分鐘,一天三次,心跳數約138~158左右
重訓做二休一,每次半小時左右(10kg啞鈴一組15下,
做5組+伏地挺身一組20下,做5組+仰臥起坐一組30下,做5組),
每做一組休息1~2分鐘。
我的問題:我從4月底開始運動+飲食控制,本來體重是104kg,體脂是31%,
到這禮拜三量是90.8kg,體脂26.9%,降了不少,但是我覺得我食量有變小,
但版上大家是都建議可以吃超過基礎代謝,就我目前吃的大概只有基礎代謝差不多,
很擔心這樣會降低基代,目前的目標是在12月底瘦到72kg,不曉得以我這樣的飲食
及運動量再搭配我的菜單,是否能健康減到我要的目標呢?我的菜單有需要修改嗎?
如果有需要,能否請各位大大提供一下適合我的菜單呢?感謝!
