參考照片:無全身照 半身又不準 很多人都以為我只有五十幾公斤...囧
三餐內容
早餐:學校早餐部(蔬菜三明治/漢堡 配 牛奶/水)
午餐:學校餐廳(餛飩湯麵、糖醋雞排飯、自助餐等等)
有時候吃外面
晚餐:學校餐廳(同上)
有時候吃外面
其他:自從開學減肥之後就沒有吃零食和宵夜了
不過主餐完全沒有忌口
甚麼奶茶~雞排~麥當勞~肯德基等等 照吃!!!
(昨天吃了一整盒的KFC蛋塔XDDD)
日常生活:三餐很規律 畢竟住校而且課表和打工班表沒在變動...
頂多出去約會的時候會吃個大餐(一個月一次)
生活型態:期中考快來臨的學生
運動習慣:(有氧運動請務必寫明心跳數、時間長短)
例1:慢跑40分鐘,心跳數約130~140左右
例2:騎腳踏車一小時,心跳數約130~150左右
在大腿股二頭肌拉傷之前,每個禮拜都會去健身房跑步1~2次,每次都跑滿30分鐘
跑完會做重訓(大腿內側肌肉、外側肌肉、有練胸大肌那台,但是手不會全部拉開...)
現在受傷只好每天散步快走...但是今天早上肌肉又開始疼痛了=_=
我的問題:(請將您主要的疑問陳述於此)
1. 跑跑步機時,心跳數不知為甚麼每次都會飆到180~190,測量時手汗很多有差嗎?
2. 以前國中時體重52~53公斤,搬到美國之後飆升到62~63公斤
尤其十八歲時交了男友,整個被餵到66~67公斤
去年回台灣之後,因為台灣食物真的太好吃了,接著就胖到了72公斤(體脂肪30.9%)
然後我就被"7"這個開頭給嚇到,開始真正減肥
今年暑假當YAHOO業務工讀,累慘了瘦到68公斤
九月中開學後到十月初量INBODY的時候,已經瘦到了65.4(體脂肪27.7%)
但是十月份只瘦了0.8公斤而已...前天量體重是64.8
雖然瘦了很開心,但是我的衣服已經要全部重買了
連內衣從B~D的size都有 真的很煩惱
因為我想要瘦的不是胸部阿~~~~
結果十月初新光周年慶買的那一堆內衣現在穿起來都空空的了=_= 整個要加水餃墊
我也知道瘦的話就是全身瘦,沒有局部瘦身這種東西,但之前有看過心得文女生
沒有瘦到胸部的...不知道是不是基因問題?
3. 現在想努力繼續瘦到自己的目標55公斤,不過體重漸漸減不下去了
是所謂的停滯期嗎?
因為受傷不知道運動方面需要做哪些的改變? 飲食上我真的不喜歡人家限制我
吃甚麼東西...一堆人提到減肥就叫我不要吃澱粉,但是我還是照吃XDD
所以基本上我是靠運動和規律生活減肥的,現在該做甚麼改變?
