我從去年的52公斤變胖到現在的58公斤(原po身高163cm/26歲/上班族)
褲子變緊 衣服的袖子也沒像以前一樣啷啷的
一整個很不爽
於是開始從4月執行我的減肥計畫
周一~周四都去健身房快走5公里(時速7公里)
有時候用跑的(時速8公里)
這種習慣一直保持到今天
剛剛去踩體重計
心情一整個大受傷 !!
為什麼我瘦不下去!?
吃東西來講
08:30早餐:一杯7-11抹茶奶綠+蔓越莓貝果
or
兩個蛋沙拉三明治+無糖鮮奶茶
or
肉鬆蛋吐司+無糖豆漿
12:00午餐:不吃(我早餐都會吃很多,午餐就不會餓,我都回宿舍睡個午覺)
15:00下午:早餐大概消化完畢,肚子排空了,我就會去7-11買個茶葉蛋+養樂多
or
一瓶純喫茶紅茶
or
city巧克力棒(約120cal)
or
一顆大芭樂
18:30晚餐:湯麵+燙青菜(不加醬油膏)
有時候還會再買一杯紅豆薏仁or綠豆湯來喝
約莫20:00 健身房報到 每次至少30min
21:00洗澡
23:00準時睡覺
以上是周一~周五的作息
周末兩天:就會沒有約束想吃什麼就吃什麼
補充一下:假日飲食
早餐:肉鬆蛋吐司+巧克力吐司+肉鬆御飯糰+豆漿
午餐:媽媽煮的飯 沒有制約的吃
假日有夜市,會吃個鹽酥雞 不加任何調味料 只有油炸
因為本身腎臟不好
(之前住過院,免疫力引起,服用了快一年的類固醇)
所以在吃東西的時候
會很注意鹽分的攝取量
請問看倌們
我到底是哪裡錯了
胖的好冤枉......
周末兩天的享受
竟然抵不過我平日的運動
體重一直往上攀升
好難過啊
