體重:54 (去年10月時才49....)
BMI: 22 (BMI低於18.5者禁止發減肥文)
體脂率:28 生理期後康是美量的 (若不知道請至保健室、健身房、醫院、藥妝店等處測量,未填必砍)
(女性請註明體脂率量測之際為生理期前、正值生理期、或生理期後)

三餐內容(熱量估算易受餐飲的原物料、份量、製程手法影響,請儘可能量化並描述)
我是朝九晚五整天坐著的上班族
早餐:中杯冰咖啡(不加糖)+吐司or肉鬆蛋餅
午餐:不餓就不吃、累到一個極致就吃便當+奶茶 來滿足自己
下午餐: (一、兩點喝牛奶+kg check) (三、四點啃芭樂) 累到一個極致就吃甜餅乾
(新貴派)
晚餐:周一到三回家吃媽咪愛心晚餐(但都逼自己為了減肥不要吃晚餐 ...)
周四、五晚上診所打工 晚餐就只喝咖啡 ....提神
10點下班後就會買麵包或餅乾在車上吃(方便填肚子...)
晚點(還是消夜管他的!!) :周一到三 →到了10點11點就想切水果吃ex芭樂、蘋果
或喝牛奶+巧克力脆餅
週四、五→11點喝湯+一杓飯
週六、日有睡飽都不太會想吃東西
重點就是:我有在吃某間小有名氣的生活診所"減肥藥"
一次拿一個月份(近五千大洋)
心悸、手抖、沒食慾、加速代謝隨便動一動就爆汗 樣樣來
我從前年9月開始吃到現在
最瘦47 服藥時一直維持在50、51
最胖就是目前的54
日常作息時間:7點起床 9點半吃早餐
1、2點吃下午茶
7點吃晚餐
10、11點吃晚點
累就12點半闔眼
不累就1點半才願意闔眼
生活型態:朝九晚五上班族+晚上兼差族
運動習慣:目前可以說完全沒有運動習慣
大學剛畢業時期會固定每天晚上在家中快走+有氧
健身房快走or游泳
我的問題就是:
1.我一累就控制不住自己想吃東西
一點也不節制
更不會吃完後想運動把它代謝掉
10點下班到家11點真的無法去洗個澡就上床睡覺
2.少吃多動以前明明辦的到,為什麼上班後整天坐著
少吃多動對我來說這麼的難...
3.我看了很多 長期碰減肥藥的下場,很想把他戒掉....
卻連勇氣都沒.....不知道誰可以幫幫我
4.上班+晚上兼差之後 變得越減越肥的阿喪
越來越沮喪 越來越暴躁 ....
5. 我看了好多個醫生(中醫西醫) 就是沒辦法根治我容易水腫的體質
早上跟晚上的小腿和臉頰 簡直天壤之別
我的故事結束了 我想這篇文章會被超局會減重的諸位罵翻天 呵呵 @@
