到底運動多久才有成效 - 健身

我已經重訓+有氧3個多星期了
也知道一開始 體重總是會增加的
但運動3個多星期 完全沒成效是怎麼回事?
我從開始運動以來 體重增加了2.5公斤
體脂多了1啪 來到我人生中的最高點
(我三年多來都有固定時間量 從沒超過24%)
甚至連大腿圍 腰圍 都大了2公分(是的 我連這個都有追蹤)
我一個星期前有求批菜單 原文在此 #1K088GEi
每日食物及運動菜單都在文中 就不重複了
如果說是食物 版友表示我可能攝取不到基代
如果說是運動量 我每星期健身房至少4次 至多6次
每次一定運動45到80分鐘 (不包含拉筋及暖身)
如果要問我身體明顯的改變
先生表示我肌肉變得非常明顯=.=.....無論外觀 或是觸覺
想請問版友 我到裡是哪個環節出錯了
然後 到底一般要運動多久才能看到成效阿
我三個多星期了 每個星期平均花了7-10小時在健身房
這樣的成果真得讓人很沮喪
難道我只能推論出我是練武奇才=.=.....
