小弟剛從機械式重訓改成自由重量訓練
前蹲有點問題想請教大家
就是握槓的方法
看影片教學都是以手掌向外為主,或是向內交叉。
我在做的時候,手掌向外可能柔軟度不夠,手腕很緊
交叉向內,感覺上背就打開了?上背無法夾緊?
如果手掌向內但手握的位置打開,可以夾緊背部,手腕又不緊
不知道這樣的方法有沒有什麼缺點呢?
