剛健身一個月,請問建議,附inbody - 健身

小弟最近才剛開始健身,還有很多該學習的。

這是健身前的數據,以前吃的很不健康,看到體脂肪超標有點嚇到,所以開始吃水煮餐,
持續重訓一個月,目前都是做固定式的器材。

一個月後的檢測,體脂肪有明顯下降,肌肉沒有明顯成長。
請問各位巨巨,小弟目前要先減脂到10%左右還是要增肌呢?
