接觸了重量訓練幾個禮拜
練胸肌的動作一直維持在坐式機械飛鳥
因為鐵克文章跟大支佬同學的大力推薦&自己感覺到飛鳥比較不像剛開始那般刺激
所以想慢慢進階到臥推
今天試握了空槓一下發現(ps 還沒推) 好像抓不太到重心 槓子會一直左右晃
尤其是我右胸比較大 比較有力===>感覺施力更不平均
而且我坐式機械飛鳥可以做到62.5磅3組 但是空槓20kg卻有點吃力
(不知道是不是心理因素 我超怕推不上去槓子掉下來壓扁我....)
請問版上的前輩們 掌握橫槓有什麼技巧嗎?
