因為找資料和爬文結果 得知
重訓一開始阿
要先把肌耐力練起來 然後再開始做高強度 低組數的訓練
那訓練肌耐力要多久 才可以開始轉成高強度訓練呢
五個月夠嗎...還是太短??
如果夠的話
當開始進行高強度訓練後
重量調成那種 大概只舉的起三下左右(例如啞鈴)
然後做個五組 這樣OK嗎
還有就是
我做完二頭訓練後 那種所謂脹脹的感覺是有
也會累
可是隔天好像也不會痠痛說...一點點而已
板上好像不少人都會痠痛得亂七八糟
所以是我強度太低嚕?
