有氧做太久 會掉肌肉嗎?
小弟我先做肌耐力一小時
做全身 15下休一分鐘 再來是
慢跑40分>室內健身車35分>慢跑40分>室內健身車35分共兩小時30分
做一個月發現從92瘦到85.1

請問這樣掉肌肉正常嗎?
狂做有氧一定掉更多肌肉
有辦法預防掉肌肉方法嗎?
