我的基代約1386卡
然後每個禮拜的運動量大約如下
星期一 慢跑7~8公里
星期二 重訓教練課,至少1hr
星期三 間歇跑15-20min 或者 重訓40mim+拳擊課1hr
星期四 重訓40mim+拳擊課1hr
星期五 拳擊課1.5hr
星期六 休息
星期日 重訓1hr
根據我的運動量 我TDEE算2100-2200卡
運動中心量體脂大約15%,想要降到12%以下讓腹肌明顯
因為我終極目標是腹肌,所以我飲食一直是吃大約1700-1800卡
蛋白質也控制在體重的1.5-2倍克數
雖然身材一直有在進步,但有點緩慢
教練覺得是我吃太少,應該吃到TDEE
但我又怕吃如果增加的話只會同時增肌跟增脂
就離我的終極目標越來越遠
所以想請問,我是否真的應該吃到TDEE?
還是我應該持續以減脂的飲食方式,然後維持我的運動量或再更多?
