剛剛看了一部影片
說有氧建議
慢慢疊強度跟時間(一個禮拜增加5min或者坡度上升)

我覺得滿有道理的
可是現在為時已晚了....
都看心情跟體力決定強度與時間
已經進行兩個禮拜了
每天吃2000卡左右(-200TDEE)
一周五重訓
有氧30~40分鐘(五天)
有氧衝太快了....
現在才意識到
請問有甚麼建議嗎?
