剛開始跑步時腳感覺緊緊的 - 健身

最近開始練跑步
目前跑了大概一個月吧!
體力變得比較好了
不過有個問題想請教各位前輩
我都會先做暖身
(大概三五分鐘)
然後先快走一兩圈後,再開始慢跑
不過最近暖身、快走完畢後
開始慢跑時,都覺得腿部滿緊的
好像有點卡卡的感覺
跑了大概一兩圈之後,就又沒感覺了~
就可以很順的跑下去~
請問這樣是我暖身做不夠嗎?
每次感覺緊緊的都有點擔心
很怕腿部受傷...
