剛開始進入重訓的挫折感 - 健身

最近開始常跑健身房學重訓,順帶減脂,
有氧的部分感覺心肺能力還不會太差,只
是要開始重訓的時候,不管練那個項目,
都只能從很輕的重量開始做,而且做不到
10下就酸的要死做不下去,這是肌力跟肌
耐力都很差的表現嗎?看到旁邊重訓的人
每個都做很重,而且完全沒在休息,感覺
自己挫折感很重,那各位高手剛開始重訓
是怎麼克服新手期的挫折感呢?
