各位前輩好,小弟因為一直嚮往能去爬百岳,
但是這種問題也是滿模糊的,想問問看有沒有人能給我一個大概的標準,體適能力最好能達
也是想要體力更好,聽課才不會一直想打瞌睡,
所以最近剛開始慢跑、練心肺,
想請問各位都是如何安排時間的:跑多久?一週跑幾天?
我的身高177,體重61
體重不重長期慢跑對膝蓋應該不會有太大的負擔吧?
也想請問這樣適合168斷食嗎?
煩請賜教orz
