覺得感興趣的身材
劉德華開演唱會~開唱前不吃油都只吃青菜
新聞畫面上看~體脂肪應該超低
很多偶像身材都是這樣~
相信他們也是有上健身房
武藤敬司等摔角手~他們應該也是有做重量訓練
肌肉應該也大~
這種人力氣應該是最大的~
美國大力士 感覺就是摔角手的身材
滾圓球 人力拉車 抱巨木~等等
朝青龍 相撲手
昨天DISCOVERY有看到他
朝青龍 力氣超大~比賽時多次把體型比他大 也較重的對手
抓著腰帶離地搬出土俵
朝青龍也跑很快~跑得比體型比自己小輕的人快很多
相撲手的小腿肌 很發達~
之前有看過報導~相撲手某些部位的體脂肪 比正常人低
以上只是閒聊~
我比較想要偶像那種身材
不是健美選手那種~
